Refunds & Exchange Policy
It’s vitally important to us that you are completely satisfied with our products and service. This page summarises all current refund policies in effect.
If you receive a damaged items, please directly contact our sales team by email, or online chatting methods. Once confirm item return with our sales team after communication ,please refer to the section below.
For damaged products, there is up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
If you request a refund, you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us, such as freight charges.
Once receive your return item, we will ship out new product for you.

Your Sales Order Invoice Number if available
